i have a baxi bumuda 552 it has a new water pump and various parts in the back boiler my problem is radiaters upstairs are on and hot,downstairs in the living is hot hall is cold,kitchen is cold,bled all radiaters still not hot,any ideas

Do you have thermostatic valves?
If so remove the head of the valve to see if the pin is stuck down in the closed position.
If it is stuck down, give it a few sharp taps, till it pops up.

your sytem needs balancing close down the lockshield valves on the radiaotors
upstairs so they are only just open. also turn down the thermostsic valves to say 3

What sort of system do you have is it fully pumped with 1 or 2 motorised valves.
Or is it an old gravity system ie pump only works on CH.
