i have a condensing worschester boiler . 18months old the problem is the pressure is only 1/2 a bar i`ve tried filling it up but the pressure gauge is not moving, but the pressure release valve is dripping out side meaning the pressure is above what is needed, any ideas?

its sounds like something simple that wont take a corgi engineer long to fix it is not a diy job
