how do i set up pressure properly in my combi. pressure fell to zero, traced to dripping bleed screw on rad. But in my stupidity i looked at boiler and saw bleed screw/ tyre valve on expansion vessell and let air out of this. I`ve replaced leaking radiator bleed and i`ve bycycle pumped up vessell to 1 bar with system empty. I`ve open filling loop to 1 bar on gauge and everythings working but have i done it corrrectly????
Any help or advice greatly received.

Sounds like you have it covered.
Your MI should tell you correct operating pressures. :D

Sounds about right.
If the system has been empty you can expect pressure to drop as residual air gets vented through the ABV inside the boiler. Wait a while then top back up to 1 Bart. and it should stay there for at least 3 - 4 months without needing topping up.

Assume you remembered to add corrosion inhibitor....
