can any one help central heating control not starting up boiler but the hot water control works fine . as a result the rads do not get warm thermostat makes a click when turned so think that is ok it on a baxi solo 2pf 40 boiler

So far, we only know that you have a Baxi Solo 2 40 PF boiler. The make/model of all the other components (not the HW cylinder) would be helpful.
If the thermostat clicks it means just that - it clicks!
I asked for all components.
