central heating corrosion

Hi, the towel rail in my bathroom needs bleeding every few days, I assume that is because it is the highest on the system. I have tested the gas that bleeds off as suggested in other places on the forum and it is Hydrogen, or at least its flammable. I have read on the forum that this is caused by corrosion. I think the radiators are causing the corrosion they are 30 years old but they are in good condition (on the outside) and there are no leaks anywhere. I intend to drain the system and then flush it out and lastly add corrosion inhibitor.
My question is will the corrosion inhibiter stop any further corrosion or am I fighting a losing battle with the radiators.

What type of system do you have?
Take the rads off flush them out with a garden hose add some sentinal x400 run it in the system for about 4 weeks drain the system flush it through then add some sentinal x100.
