Hello
First post so please bear with me.
i'm having a problem with the overflow on the ch header tank.
I replaced the ballcock valve as there was water dripping from the overflow pipe. The dripping has reduced quite a bit but has not completely stopped. I have bent the arm three times now but to no avail. The water level in the header tank is at least 1.5"" below the overflow pipe when the heating is on. There are also patches of water next to the header tank as if water is splashing out. Could it be coincedence but I fitted a new pump 4 weeks ago.
Your help would be much appreciated.
Keith

it might be pumping over..
try turning the pump speed down, was the old pump really old?

Hi bster
The old pump was 15yrs old. Turning the pump speed down on the new one seems to have worked!!
Many thanks for your help.
