Hi all,
This winter our central heating really makes a lot of noise when CH is on. Doesn't do this with just HW on. (Boiler is an old Potterton Prima F)
I've added sentinel x200 thinking it might be kettling, but I'm not so sure now. It sounds like the noise is coming from the return pipe on the boiler (this pipe feels quite hot as well). I can easily access the pipework to check, as it leaves the boiler in the kitchen, goes up into ceiling, then into bathroom above where it's all hidden under floorboards.
Not sure what to try next, thinking maybe a flush out with x400?
