central heating wont come on but hot water will. i have bleed all radiators. room stat is working ok. i set the programmer to hot water boiler is ok but if i set it to heating boiler wo'nt come on. pumb and 3 way valve are ok any ideas regards gaza...

Something is not ok.
Have you 240v at common on RST? do you 240v white wire on three port?
or if you have 2 port 240v brown if yes do have 240v on orange if no do you have 240v on grey if yes Faulty vlv if no Repair wireing. ie make sure permanent live on grey?

Just out of interest what voltage would you expect on the white wire on a Honeywell actuator for a 2 port system?
