I have a myson Orion boiler gravity system and I am trying to replace the existing Landis & Gyr controller.
When I connect a LP522 Lifestyle controller in place of the existing controller it works great apart from one thing. The pump is always on.
the wiring diagram is the same on both controllers and I have used the existing back plate.
I have tried the jumper on both gravity and pump and it makes no difference.
The existing controller works fine as does an old one that the gas fitter had in his toolbox. its only the LP522 that causes it.
Any Ideas anyone ?

If you have tryed another controller and everything works ok, then it could well be a faulty one.
