central heating system advice

can anyone give me some advice just started a barn conversion,first fix has already been done. I'm told that the c/heating system is using a cd35c combi and a storage cylinder not heard of this before.by the way the accommadation has 4 bedrooms en suite under floor heating.can anyone shed any light on this?

best practice with ufh is to have storage cylinder (heat bank) as buffer, hot water demand can then be split between combi & heat bank

what part of the installation do you require advice on, if its been first fixed someone must know about the proposed installation
