I have recently had a plumber in to change the radiators and to add a couple of new one i have noticed on one of the new radiators that he has installed the pipe going to the thermostatic vale is coming from the opposite pipe to all the others in the house going to the thermostatic valve side he seems to have put them on the wrong way round and the pipe coming from the left hand side of the rad is going back to the pipe that feeds all the thermostatic valves would this cause any problem to my system

cheers brett

Most modern TRV's are bi-directional, so it doesn't matter whether fitted to flow or return.
Manufacturers normally recommend they be fitted to the return side, but as these valves are not very accurate, i wouldn't worry to much.
