Why do I have to keep bleeding my radiators - like every other day?

Because air is getting into the system somewhere.
There are several reasons. Bad system design, the pump may be 'pumping over' or you don't have sufficient corrosion inhibitor in the system so any steel / cast iron components are corroding and generating 'gas'
