Ceramic disk change

Dripping tap, so trying to get handle off to inspect what I assume will be a ceramic disk.
I’ve popped plastic disk off top of tap and loosed screw but it won’t come apart?
I’ve tried loosening off the main tap body with an adjustable, but it won’t budge.
Any ideas of how to take apart to get to valve?

They can sometimes be quite stubborn to separate, using heat to cause expansion will often help.
