Hi there,

I have Sottini bath filler installed, which has Ideal Standard Ceramic Disk Cartridge inside.

When I turn the water on all the way up, in the middle position the water is too cold. If I adjust it by turning to the left, I can make it warm or even hot.

If I reduce the flow (put the lever down), water will become warm, but if I put it all the way up again, it will be cold.

Hot water pipe is already have thermostatic valve, so I've tried to adjust it to make it as hot as possible, but it didn't help.

Also, I've already replaced the cartridge with the brand new one - didn't help.

Also, I thought maybe the cold water pressure is too high, so I've installed the flow reducer for cold water - didn't help. When I reduce the flow, I can see the flow from the tap is slowing, but stays the same temperature (cold) .

Any advice?

Thanks

Also, forgot to mention, that I have shower connected just before this tap via t valves. But as far as I understand it has reverse flow protection built in, so shouldn't affect the tap, should it?
