I have ceramic tile throughout my living room and kitchen. Unfortunately, my old dog has become incontinet and he piddles all over the floor. Even after I mop, the smell of urine lingers. Also, my floor has become sticky, and I just use soapy hot water. Help!

Have you tried a vet.My welsh border collie bitch has the same problem.
The vet gives us "propalin".A few drops on her food evey day stops the problem.

Try a kennel outside , this is sure to help .

My collie does this. All you need to do is add a freshener to the cleaning water, such as lemon and this will remove the smell.
