Hi, can anyone help ? i've had a bathroom fitter in, who after 4 days took most of my money and didn't come back. Not only is my bathroom half finished i've got to put things right that he's done wrong ! now i've been told the certificate(IMM2) he filled in and posted to me is not enough and that i should have had a printed one come through the post. on my quote he has the niceic domestic installer logo but i'm not even sure now that it's valid !...Please can anyone put my mind at rest over this certificate as i don't want to be in trouble.
