Biasi are cheap boilers fitted by tradesman who want maximum profit from an install then want nothing to do with the maintenance... If you are letting the property go for something with a better history, if budget is a consideration i'd even go so far as to say Alpha boilers.... What do the others think, I have had a dim view of Alpha's for a number of years but I can count on one hand the number of Alpha's that I've had to go and repair in the last 4 years....

I've installed a number of Biasis in recent years and not yet had any call backs. My impression is that they are more reliable than you would expect for a boiler of that price and build quality. I think a lot depends on the quality of the installation and cleanliness of the system. Cheap B&Q boilers are usually associated with cheap installations so it's not really fair to judge them on the number you have to repair anyway.
