CH okay, HW sporadic

I have an Aplha CB28 combi, the CH is fine, the HW is sporadic, sometimes it will flow cold and others hot, pressure is fine. When CH is on the hot water comes through okay.

Could it be a sticking DHW flow switch?

Any assistance gratefully receieved.
