We have a Viessmann w100 which has developed a re-occurant issue that causes the diverter value to thud everytime the boiler switches from heating to hot water. According to the Viessmann chap this is a known issue amongst those who live in hard water areas.
Does anyone know of any additives I can add to the CH which will act as a water soften or atleast a leave in that will dissolve the limescale ?
