Can anyone help? Our sky box(basic sky) has gone belly up, been given a skyplus box. On installation we get all the normal terrestrial channels and the message "insert card"for sky channels, the card is inserted. What do we need to do to activate the card?

You can either ring Sky Customer Services and go through their automated call handling system. I think the number is 0844 995 95 95. Or you can follow this guide to pair the card and box yourself. http://help.sky.com/tv/set-up-your-sky-tv/set-up-your-sky-box
