Change tap washers on basin with combi

Hi,

I know it must have been asked before...but I've got a leaking mixer tap which seems to be in need of both (hot/cold) washers changing.

So do I need to shut off the mains for the cold side and turn off the combi (alpha) for the hot side. Then open both taps and drain??
Any advice would be very appreciated!

i dont have a problem mixer but i did change both H & C tap tops (got nice levers instead of a knob to turn.)

ok i have isolation valves under the hand basin, but before i had these i turned off the house water under the kithcen sink, then turned the bath taps on (bath being lower than hand basin), undid taps changed washers, 2 years later changed whole tap tops
to be sure switch lecky supply off to boiler
