Changing a eurolock

Hi guys. A friend of mine has lost the key and needs the lock replaced on her front door. Can anyone please tell me how to change a eurolock without the key ? I know how easy it is with the key but don't know about without. It's unlocked by the way.

As it's unlocked you could take the handle set off and with a pair of molegrips snap the lock.
