I am replacing a plastic light switch with a metal one, it is a one way switch. I have opened up the old switch and there are 2 red wires and an earth. The new lights switch that I have has Com, L1 and L2. Where should I put the wires? On the old switch one of the wires goes into a socket marked L so I assume that this is the live.

I would appreciate anyones help on this.

Thanks

Com and L1, doesn't matter which way round. Both wires are lives
