I have an Aqualisa Aquastream power shower and have just changed to a high pressure system. Was wanting to change the shower to a mixer shower with the least problems. Is there any way to change to the mixer without having to change pipes. Existing pipes are 65mm centres but most mixers appear to be wider

most are about 150mm centres and what about the other ends one would of been from the cylinder one from the loft tank where are they now as you have a mains pressure system ?
the pipes are in the same place, we had an unvented cylinder put in the attic. the pipes that were in place for the power shower are still there
