Hi

Ive got a 20w manrose pullcord fan which is running off the light.

Is it possible to install one of the inline fanes on the same connection? I only ask as it requires 44w and not sure what the max load is. Also are the inline fans switched on via a pullcord or in what way do you turn them on?

the one im interested in is this one

I dont intend to do it myself, but just wanted to know what can and cant be done so that I can budget and plan i.e re tiling decorating etc

Thank you very much

44W is next to nothing.. the difference between fitting a 100W bulb or a 60W bulb..

providing that your lighting circuit is not already loaded to almost capacity then it should be fine.. ( also providing that the connection is made with a suitable sized cable already.. )

thanks for your reply

I currently have an energy saver bulb working what i think to be equal to 60watt. I think the cable currently is 1mm or the next size down i think .75

is that ok?
