Changingi Flue on Eurostar oil Boiler

We have a Eurostar Floor mounted Oil boiler in our Utility room
110,000 BTU .
The Flue comes straight out the back Horizontally and through the Wall
On the Outside it is covered by a Wire Cage

The Problem is that there is a Window near this Flue and in the Fumes / gasses come through the Window
Also the Wall area around the Flue has turned Green because of all the Hot gasses / steam that get blown back against the House

Is there anything to stop me having the Flue changed into a Vertical Chimney fixed to the Wall and venting above the roof line ?

Is there a Kit available for this or is it even possible or allowed

The Utility room is a single story addition to the house with a Pitched roof
( Slates )
Above the ceiling there is just a small loft space
I was hoping it was possible to convert the Horizontal Flue to a Vertical outside the house using a 90 degree bend then going up the outside wall

But i will be guided by those who know about these things

I have had to fit a flue extension on my trianco, the kit I was sent was universal and goes straight up out of the boiler and then uses the existing flue to go outside.
