Flue Options - Worcester 440CDi combi

Hi, I am just about to order a 440CDi floorstanding combi boiler but I'm having trouble finding what flue option I need.

I want the flue to:

• come out the top of the boiler vertically
• 1m extension piece
• 90deg elbow
• horizontal flue out through the external wall

The flue options on websites such as plumbnation seem to be either a horizontal kit or vertical kit. Is anyone able to tell me the best places to get bits suitable to create what I need above? Do I need to but a horizontal flue kit and then also the vertical adapter?

The flue part numbers that you require for the Greenstar 440 Cdi are as follows:
High Level Horizontal Terminal - 7733600048
Flue Adapter - 87186823240
Flue Clamp - 8716116815
1m Extension - 7716191083

The High Level Horizontal Terminal will have your terminal end piece and the 90 degree bend.
