currently trying to renovate/improve my lawn, just waiting on my moss/weedkill stuff to work it's magic before scarification.

I've seen electric scarifiers in diy stores, will these work or should I just rent a petrol one?

not wanting to spend too much so wondering if it's a viable option?

doing the same at the moment & bought an electric lawn raker from B & Q for less than £40 really clears up the dead moss & rubbish but to start with you are empting the basket ALOT

I have a big lawn (3000 sq feet) and this machine works ok for me

There are only 2 problems with it.....

1/ you need a big extension lead

2/ you need a LOT of bin bags

hmm, well i seem to remember my grounds are about 750 m/sq with my house, drive etc included so I would have much less grass, might give it a punt and see how I get on.

getting a tow bar fitted and going to get my dad's old trailer so hopefully the disposal aspect will be sorted.

cheers,
