child proof white matt paint?

currently getting he house redecorated and we want to go for white throughout..apart from kids bedroom.

Would prefer a matt finish to a silk or satin can anyone reccommend a white matt paint thats is child resistant and easy to wipe clean

I have seen something called duracoat but dont know if its any good
