Chloride Motive Power 21 Super Forklift Charger 3 Phase

I have been asked to connect a charger, cannot find any information on it.
I need to know how many amps per phase it draws or better still what size 3phase MCB to use.

The customer bought it of EBay No legend plate

They come in different sizes. The last one I did was 11amp per phase. This was a mid sized one.

What is the output volts/amps? This is normally printed in big lettering all over the case.
