chrysler neon automatic gearbox

The coolent pipe from the gearbox burst inside the radiotor and it started to mixing water and oil in the gearbox. I have changed the radiotor, drained the oil through the bottom of the gearbox. the oil still comes out milky and the gearbox sometimes does not change gears. I have changed the oil the coolent pipes as well still coming with the same resulty. I have done this several time. Any tips

all you can really do is keep changing the oil until you get rid of all the gunk.

I'm not familiar with that model but usually you can remove the pan from the bottom of an auto box.
