Hi,
with the recent wet weather we've somehow got an unusual damp patch.

The patch is circular , 6 feet off the ground, next to some French doors we had fitted last year.

The patch started on Tuesday when it was about the size of a tennis ball, now it's the size of a football.

Problem is I can't see where the damp could be coming from (or how to put it right again).

House is rendered breeze-block (1970s Ireland), so there's no cavity in the wall.

There is a radiator in the room above this wall, but the above-floorboard pipes are dry & the radiator.

Any ideas where the damp could be coming from & what the solution could be?

Pictures (sorry, 1st, 3rd & 4th need rotating by 90 degrees).
