Hi, I'm new please be gentle 
I have a two-part siphon in the cistern that doesn't seem to want to fill up after flushing. I think these things are meant to delay filling up for eco reasons but mine will only re-fill after a cold water tap is turned on or waiting about 4 or 5 minutes.
It's been in place for a while now and we've never had a problem with it before, any suggestions on what can be done would be appreciated.
