My 2008 citroen picasso grande has fault - tailgate releases when I unlock car or when I open other doors!

Any ideas why or for solution!
 
take a look in the rubber gaitor in the hatch,on a lot of cars they tend to break/fray and this can lead to all sorts of problems.
