Obviously they don't have the necessary mental capacity in certain areas, which would preclude them from continual employment working in the private sector....employers would have no option but to sack them.

Their perception ability is obviously impaired as compared to a normal person, that's why they can class illegal immigrants as children when a normal person would describe them as adults.

The situation will get worse if there are more wars in the middle east, like throwing a stone into a pond, the ripples go in all directions.
If Trump gets his way and starts another war in Iran or Syria then prepare for millions of desperate people trying to break into Europe and by extention into the UK.
