Quick question. We're planning to build a double garage. Got PP approved. It will be Cedral clad and roof tiles on the roof. Which is cheaper/easier? Steel frame or timber? I don't really have a preference functionally. Planners only care if it looks like it says on application so they're not really bothered I suspect.
