I have an existing Clark Drain manhole cover, near the handle there is a letter B, which I assume relates to load capacity. Is this cover suitable for a driveway?

Trouble is check out https://www.wickes.co.uk/Clark-drain-5-Ton-Steel-Manhole-Cover+Frame---450-X-600mm/p/240730 as you can see the manhole is pictured with a B

States: Not Suitable For Anything Heavier Than Pedestrian Traffic. Will Support A Slow Moving Wheel Load Of 1.25 Tonnes.

Doesn't make me feel too comfortable.

Other sites imply that weight usage operates A = Pedestrian to F = High loads like airports.
