Class 2 wall lights

I recently bought some wall lights to replace existing. Found out they are class 2 double insulated with no earth connector. I have 3 core wiring can i use these light fittings? andif so do i just terminate he earth?

Yes, just terminate the earth core in a little bit of connector block, and tuck it somewhere safe. Don't cut it off, in case it is needed for a subsequent (Class I) light!
