Hi :)

I have the above washer/dryer and lately it's been covering my clothes with hair and fluff whenever I use it. I've tried wiping out the drum and door seal everytime I use it but to no avail. I've got a new little baby who's sleepsuits etc keep coming out all manky

I've taken off the front panel at the bottom and unscrewed the screws around the pully out bit which I guess is the filter, but I can't pull it out.

Any ideas?

If you have fully unscrewed/locked it and it still won't come out chances are it's the fluff in it thats stopping you pulling it out. Try a pair of pliers on the handle/knob portion of filter and jer, jer, jiggle it a bit whilst pulling in and out as much as you can it should eventually come
