Cleaning Gutters From ground

Hi,
I been getting up on the ladder last few years to clean out the gutters. It’s about 20ft high and can get messy. So was wondering if there is a extendable hose pipe attachment with a curved top end to help clean from the ground. I’ve seen shorter ones but nothing like 20ft +

I don't do heights so had a man round to clean ours out last year.

I was amazed what came out of the front gutter, 2 1/2 buckets full of soil, god knows where all that came from.

I'd need a trowel on a stick..

Yeah my friend has on of them vacs, but some are heavy and need 2 men/women to operate. Prob go for the extended hose. Cant see the mrs hanging onto a vac - unless its a Dyson.
