Gutter cleaning

I need to clean out the gutters on the main roof, at the top of first floor and wondering whether there are any techniques, tools that are recommended for this. I don't fancy going up on a ladder but have seen tools that allow you to do this from the ground. I wasn't sure what was recommended and whether it works out to be cost effective.

I would welcome your thoughts on this.

Make a gutter vac or get someone in to do it.

Don't pay the window cleaner £10 to run hand along pulling a bit out. Get it done properly
