Does anyone know how to clear Fault - Panel Sim Card? on the Yale HSA6500

I have a pay as you go Three Sim Card inserted in the alarm

Is the Yale panel compatible with a 3G only sim card? most alarms I've seen need a 2G sim card

Did you manage to resolve this? I am having the exact same issue with the same alarm and a three sim?

Unable to set up the GSM, the sim was chosen as it doesn't expire, but starting to think it's not compatable was told it needed to be 3G or 4g only?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
