Clear Resin?

Hi Guys
after a trip to my local supermarket, I notice that on a small patio area, between the paving slabs they had Pea Shingle. On further inspection the Pea Shingle was held in place by some sort of Resin and so stopping it moving around. Does anyone know what it is and where I can get it. I would like to do the same on my patio.
