Clear tamper Honeywell galaxy

Hi everyone, looking for some help with my honeywell galaxy alarm.

Moved into a 2008 new build 2 years ago and had an issue with the alarm. Posted on here and got a link to get access to engineer code etc to reset, all been fine until today.

The alarm was saying multiple alerts, phone line, power, ref , zone.
Cable company have been installing new fibre, don't think that's linked but anyway went to clear the errors and couldn't.

So I have tried to do the reset, as per the attached photos, and I'm now getting 3 tamper warnings
Tamper 1016
Tamper 1017
Tamper 1018
I have tried rebooting the alarm via the steps in the photo since and still can't clear them.

Any ideas
