clio climate fan

anyone know common problems with the fan on these?
car is a 54 plate sport,climate display lights up as usual but the blower motor is lifeless,have not checked fuses etc yet,do they run a resistor pack on the climate systems?

They do have a resistor pack, if memory serves its on the O/S of the car under the plastic trim below the screen.
