Cold Radiator - TRV Problem???

As far as I am aware of, I have a TRV problem on my rad, Is there any way I can release the sticking valve without actually removing it?

If the valve needs to be replaced, is it an easy task to replace this & will I need to do any draining in the system?

Armed with a can of penetrating oil and a set of spanners and a wrench, I await your reply!

at £9.99 each i would drain the whole system and fit a new valve if you are sure that is the problem.

You can get "spray and freeze kits" but when you drain it you can flush it too.
