cold radiator

Hi, I have a bathroom radiator that has been cold for weeks. After checking this site I tried all the tips and when I turned off all the other rads, this one has heated up!!!

BUT - when I turned the others back on it was cold again!!!

Any suggestion appreciated.

try looking at faq...balancing..it could be the problem
