Cold radiator

I have 1 large double radiator which is cold, the inlet pipe is hot the radiator is cold ,

I have turned all the other radiators off and just run the cold one, it heated up lovely

I started turning the others on and my boiler cut out

When I relit the boiler the radiators got hot apart from the one large double

My boiler is a Halstead hero 50 I have just fitted a new fan

When the boiler cuts out , the green light flashes, but there is no red light to say it has locked out

Can anyone help me
