The system has been installed for 9 years and working well. This year a radiator in an upstairs room will not heat. I have tried bleeding it but neither air nor water escapes from the valve! The inlet and outlet pipes at the bottom of the radiator are hot and the bottom quarter of the radiator gets warm. No work has been done on the radiators! Need help.

Turn off the system at the clock or power before you try to bleed the rad!! and also tell us if the system is pressurised or gravity with a header tank.
