Hi, I have a Potterton Performa System HE. The hot water has been fine all summer. I turned the stat up last night and the boiler/system started making shuddering noises. I bled all the rads which were full of air which caused the system to lose pressure. I topped it up with water and some of the rads got warm.
Thds morning the boiler is quiet but only two rads in the house are warm. I has a leak last year under the floor which when repaired the system was drained and refilled (all under home insurance). I have had to top the boiler up twice in the last 12 months or so. The boiler was serviced in August.
I have cover with Homeserve.
Any ideas?
